Buried deep in the caves under Sunder Rock Ocean, the Ruins serve as the home of the Fillian people. While little is known about its once great history, the Fillian Ruins tell a tale of a culture whose technological achievements were second to none.

While their once great city lies in ruin, the cave still serves as their home. Intricate tunnels and homes have been carved into the sides of the cave and within the rubble itself.

While the Fillian people are more like the Gimblian cousins then the warlike people of Oakmond, they are far from friendly to their air-breathing cousins.
